The wave of Form 8.3 and 8.5 filings that began in May continued through late July, further expanding the public register of institutional holdings in UK‑ and Irish‑listed companies. In late On 28 July, Investec Bank plc acted as adviser and joint broker to Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc, buying 1,000,509 ordinary shares at £280.12 and selling 1,034,688 shares at £280.25 on 28 July 2026. £280.25. On the same day, Vanguard Group disclosed opening positions of 126,717,026 shares (13.58 %) in Prologis Inc and 14,278,670 shares (3.55 %) in Spire Healthcare Group plc. Davidson Kempner Capital Management reported a 8,507,682‑share (1.12 %) holding in easyJet plc. Earlier July filings had already recorded Man Group’s diverse positions, Vanguard’s stakes in DCC plc and Tate & Lyle plc, and Investec’s exempt principal trader activity for Advanced Medical Solutions. Subsequent disclosures added Vanguard’s 13.58 % stake in Prologis and 3.55 % in Spire Healthcare, and an updated 1.12 % easyJet position for Davidson Kempner. On 29 July, Vanguard filed additional Form 8.3 opening‑position disclosures showing 126,688,399 shares (13.58 %) of Prologis, 23,682,391 shares (3.12 %) of easyJet, 4,975,906 shares (5.82 %) of DCC Energy and 21,892,819 shares (5.22 %) of Senior plc. Investec submitted further Form 8.5 disclosures, confirming its 28 July Advanced Medical Solutions trades and reporting a 29 July purchase‑sale of 40,642 Gamma Communications shares at £977.60 each. All filings remain subject to the UK Takeover Code’s transparency requirements, continuously enlarging the register of significant institutional shareholdings. On 29 July, Investec Bank plc reported additional dealings in Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc and Gamma Communications plc, recording purchases and sales of ordinary shares under the Takeover Code. Vanguard Group filed opening‑position disclosures confirming its previously reported stakes in Prologis Inc and Spire Healthcare Group plc. In a related development, Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. revised risk ratings for several Canadian‑listed Vanguard ETFs, moving some from Medium to Medium‑High and others from Low to Medium, effective 30 July 2026.
