Affected models include the iQOO 15, iQOO 15R, iQOO Neo 10, and the Redmi Turbo 5. For example, the iQOO 15 (12GB/256GB) rose from ₹72,999 to ₹85,999. Analysts attribute these hikes to the rising costs of DRAM and NAND memory, driven by manufacturers redirecting supply toward AI data centers and high-bandwidth memory production.
