The Spanish agrifood cooperative Anecoop has recently received recognition and held strategic gatherings focused on technological and sustainable advancement. In mid-September, AgroBank awarded Anecoop the 2026 Agrifood Innovation Award for the Valencian Community and the Region of Murcia. Additionally, Gabriel Trenzado, director general of Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias de España, discussed the role of cooperatives in driving “economic, social, and environmental sustainable development.”
