Anniversary celebrations of Polish organizations

Various Polish organizations, including sports clubs and cultural ensembles, are marking significant historical milestones through local ceremonies and community events.

In September, the Radom District Football Association celebrated its 50th anniversary, while the club Czarni Dobrzyca marked 75 years of existence with official events and religious services.

By October, celebrations expanded to include the Kościelec Folk Dance Ensemble’s 30th anniversary, highlighted by a concert and a blood donation drive. Additionally, the sports club MKS Bytovia Bytów prepared for its 80th anniversary with a series of activities including a junior tournament, a symbolic run, the unveiling of a mural, and a celebratory match.

Further cultural programming includes a staged concert titled ‘Café Bodo’ at the Kutno Cultural Center (KDK). Featuring over 50 artists from the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Kutno Region, the performance serves as a musical journey through pre-war Poland, focusing on hits from the 1920s and 1930s inspired by Eugeniusz Bodo. The intergenerational event will utilize an orchestra, dancers, soloists, and a choir to perform classics such as ‘Ada to nie wypada’ and ‘Ach jak przyjemnie’.
