Following its premiere on 23 September 2026, the ANT1 period drama “Krino kai Agathi” (Thistle & Lily) has entered a phase of intense dramatic developments involving the Arvanitis and Sklivas families in Platania. The narrative has progressed to include Lefty (also identified as Levki Drogoupi) returning to the Arvanitis estate after being imprisoned for an attack on Markos. While Markos attempts to protect her, the family remains hostile. Conflict escalated when Sklivas, seeking justice for his father’s death, set fire to a warehouse to kill Thomas Arvanitis but inadvertently trapped Lefty inside. Sklivas eventually rescued an unconscious Lefty from the blaze. Recent revelations have confirmed Lefty’s true identity as the lost daughter of the Drogoutis family. After Markos flees with her to the mountains to protect her from Panagis, Lefty confronts and rejects her father, Stelios, declaring her loyalty to Markos. Meanwhile, Markos faces profound personal turmoil and a rift with his family as he navigates the community’s dark secrets. A major plot revelation has further complicated family lineages, disclosing that Giannos is not the son of the deceased Ilias Drogoutis, but is actually the son of Mitros Arvanitis, resulting from a secret, illicit romance between Mitros and Lemonia. In recent developments, the relationship between Lefty and Markos has undergone a significant shift. Following a period of intense conflict, Markos rescued Lefty after a failed attempt by her to end her life by jumping into a river. This event has transitioned their bond from mutual suspicion and vengeance toward a deep romantic connection, further complicated by Lefty’s discovery that she is pregnant with Markos’s child. ~~As these personal developments unfold, village unrest continues~~ However, the couple now faces legal repercussions after Marigo sends a letter to ~~grow.
