Anthropic’s Claude AI is being integrated into corporate environments through specialized enterprise services and tiered subscription models. In Japan, Mizuho Financial Group announced ‘Mizuho Cowork’, an autonomous AI agent platform built using Anthropic’s Claude Agent SDK on AWS. Concurrently, NHN Techorus launched a support service to assist companies with the lifecycle of Claude adoption via Claude on Amazon Bedrock. To support business users, Claude offers various tiers including Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans. The Team plan, designed for organizations with 2 to 150 seats, provides administrative tools, billing management, single sign-on, and connectors for platforms like Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and Microsoft 365. A key distinction is data privacy: while individual plans use an opt-out system for model training, the Team plan ensures user data is never used for training, and the Enterprise plan offers even more granular control over data retention. The ‘Claude Projects’ feature further allows organizations to automate workflows by utilizing project memory and specific business context. Expanding its agentic capabilities, Anthropic introduced ‘Claude Duet’, a proactive AI agent built on the Claude Opus 5.5 model. Designed Currently in research preview for professionals Pro and small business owners, Max subscribers in the agent United States, Duet operates via a dedicated cloud-based virtual machine and browser, enabling it to continue monitor connected accounts and execute tasks in the background even when a user’s device is powered off. Claude While Duet can manage daily briefings, coordinate meetings, and build data dashboards, and handle complex tasks through dashboards via over 6,000 connectors via the Claude Marketplace. While the agent connectors, Anthropic has implemented safeguards to mitigate risks. The system requires explicit user approval for sensitive actions like making payments or signing documents, it is strictly prohibited from performing deleting content, and an automated check assesses whether actions align with user intent. High-risk activities, such as securities trading or inter-account fund transfers. Anthropic noted the current version may misinterpret conversations or misjudge task urgency. In conjunction with these developments, Anthropic is updating its usage policies, effective November 12. transfers, are strictly prohibited.
