Antonio Conte has issued formal statements to deny media reports linking him to advanced negotiations with Manchester United and Juventus. Following his departure from Napoli, the Italian manager addressed speculation regarding his professional future, dismissing claims about specific financial demands, requests for total operational control, or concerns regarding his “strong personality” as “unfounded reconstructions.” Conte stated he is taking time to evaluate his next move and will only engage in discussions when a concrete opportunity arises to ensure a “carefully considered decision.” He clarified that while his name has been linked to various clubs, no concrete discussions are currently underway. Conte emphasized that his decision regarding a return to coaching will be a product of “mature reflection,” intended to occur only when appropriate conditions are met. In recent clarifications, he further dismissed rumors regarding his financial demands and operational requests as “baseless allegations” and “pure speculation,” maintaining that any future terms would be negotiated mutually with an interested club.
