Apple Arcade content and game releases
Overview
Apple Arcade has announced several content updates and expansions for its gaming service. In late August, the platform announced a crossover event between ‘Sneaky Sasquatch’ and ‘Subway Surfers+’ running through October 7, alongside a major September 17 update for ‘Sneaky Sasquatch’ that introduces an interactive birdwatching system. This update includes a database for logging more than 30 unique bird species.
On October 1, 2026, the service expanded its library with five new titles, bringing the total catalog to over 200 games. This rollout included the Apple Arcade exclusive ‘Pusheen’s Place’, which allows players to build a paradise and collect over 100 different cats. Other additions included the zombie-themed action game ‘River City Survivors’, the sandbox adventure ‘Terraria+’ (which includes the ‘Bigger & Boulder’ update and crossovers from ‘Dead Cells’ and ‘Palworld’), the physics-driven ‘Touchgrind BMX 2+’, and the puzzle game ‘4 Pics 1 Word+’. While ‘Pusheen’s Place’ and ‘River City Survivors’ are brand-new titles, the other three additions are existing App Store games modified for the service to be free of advertisements and in-app purchases.
Further expansions to the iPhone and iPad library include racing titles ‘Drift Ride 2’, featuring open-world driving, and ‘MotoGP Rivals’, a management-focused game. Other recent releases include the turn-based tactical RPG ‘Dead Ahead: Enforcers’ and ‘Bloons Blitz’.
On November 5, the service is scheduled to welcome ‘Crossy Road Rush’, an Apple Arcade exclusive that will offer an ad-free and microtransaction-free experience compared to the original free-to-play title. Arriving on the same date are the puzzle game ‘KAMI 2’ and ‘Food Stylist’.
