In mid‑July, the Entre Ríos Ministry of Planning and Infrastructure began a 60‑day, 35‑million‑peso overhaul of Victoriano Montes Primary School in Gualeguay, installing a new water‑storage and pumping system, connecting natural gas and upgrading electrical, sanitary and drainage services for roughly 500 pupils and staff. The same week a public tender was launched in Olavarría, Buenos Aires Province, for a 392.81‑million‑peso refurbishment of Primary School No. 52 and Secondary School No. 14, adding a multipurpose hall, a fully equipped cafeteria, expanded classrooms and modernised restrooms, with construction slated for 300 days while classes continue under temporary safety barriers. On 25 July, a joint Argentine‑Mexican announcement highlighted the province of San Luis’s $719 million roof replacement at the University Provincial of Trades in Quines, the Entre Ríos allocation of over 40 million pesos for repairs at the Unidad Educativa “El Principito” in Chajarí, Paraná’s 32‑million‑peso renovation of school No 64 Justo José de Urquiza and the structural consolidation of the historic Primera Junta school in Buenos Aires. In early August 2026, provincial deputy Mayra Mendoza and interim mayor Eva Mieri inaugurated the expansion of the technical secondary school EEST Nº 1 “Pabellón Nacional Argentino” in Quilmes Oeste, which added new administrative offices, classrooms and a multipurpose hall with a kitchen to support over 600 students specializing in automotive and informatics technology. This project was completed through coordination between the Municipality and the Province of Buenos Aires following the “cessation of national government funding.” Additionally, the Entre Ríos government allocated 29 million pesos for a comprehensive renovation of Escuela Técnica Nº 35 General José de San Martín in Crespo. By late August, further progress was regional developments were reported.
