Argentina will host Turkey in a Davis Cup World Group I tie on 19–20 September at the Ruca Che arena in Neuquén. This event marks the first time the competition will be held in the Patagonia region and represents the Argentine team's return as hosts after two and a half years. The venue is undergoing extensive renovations to meet International Tennis Federation (ITF) requirements. These infrastructure improvements include installing a fast GreenSet synthetic indoor fast surface, upgrading locker rooms, replacing lighting, and conditioning public access areas. The match schedule includes two singles matches on Saturday, followed by the doubles match and remaining singles on Sunday. Captain Javier Frana has announced the Argentine squad, which includes Francisco Cerúndolo, Thiago Tirante, Mariano Navone, Guido Andreozzi, and Andrés Molteni. Frana noted that the team is “physically and mentally strong.” Notable absences include Horacio Zeballos, who was left out due to “personal and migratory reasons,” and Tomás Etcheverry, who was excluded by “technical decision.” The series aims to secure a spot in the 2027 Qualifiers and achieve the nation's 100th Davis Cup victory. Following Turkey has confirmed its five-player squad under captain Erhan Oral, featuring Mert Alkaya, Yanki Erel, Tuncay Duran, Arda Azkara, and Kaan Isik Kosaner. Alkaya and Erel are expected to be the commencement of ticket sales via primary contenders in singles matches.
