Argentine musical groups continue to prepare new independent releases and live performances. The Chaco-based group Norteños Folk is entering the studio to produce their first material, focusing on the ‘chacarera del monte’ identity through genres such as chacarera and chamamé, with upcoming performances scheduled for Colonia Popular, Puerto Vilelas, and the Festival del Guiso in Puerto Tirol. In addition to Norteños Folk, several other artists have announced recent or upcoming projects. The folk group Las Voces de Orán has released their new album, ‘Buenas Costumbres’. The band Simulando un Vuelo is set to present their first studio album, ‘Martes 30’, on November 22 at Lucille in Buenos Aires; the twelve-track production explores urban stories and contemporary anxiety through alternative rock, punk, and indie sounds. Other scheduled live events include reybruja celebrating two album anniversaries at C. C. Matienzo on October 30, and Vida Pura presenting ‘Flores de Asfalto’ at La Tangente on November 8. Furthermore, the children's music group Canticuénticos has confirmed a performance in Córdoba for November 15. Recent announcements expand the scope of upcoming events in Argentina. The rock band Virus is scheduled to perform at the conclusion of the 10th International Book Fair of Almirante Brown (FILAB). Major upcoming concerts include Airbag at River Plate Stadium in October 2026, and a joint performance by Nonpalidece and Os Paralamas do Sucesso in March 2027. Other notable upcoming shows include David Bisbal in Buenos Aires and Luciano Pereyra at the Movistar Arena. Recent updates confirm David Bisbal has arrived in Argentina for his ‘Eternos Tour’, with shows planned for Buenos Aires and Córdoba, while Abel Pintos is scheduled to perform in Bariloche as part of his ‘Buenaventura Tour’.
