Argentine judicial rulings on administrative and social law

Overview

Argentine courts have issued several rulings addressing social security, taxation, and provincial administrative policies.

In Entre Ríos, a federal court declared certain social security fee collections by the Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos provider, Osuner, illegal and unconstitutional. The court ordered the cessation of these fees and the refund of excess amounts to retirees and pensioners.
