In Troizina, a 40-year-old man was arrested for intentional arson after allegedly setting fire to a parked vehicle, which then spread to two adjacent cars. Investigators are examining his potential connection to nine other arson incidents involving road verges, trash bins, and vehicles that occurred between September and December 2024.
