The month of October features significant cultural milestones in Buenos Aires. The Museo de Arte Español Enrique Larreta celebrated its 64th anniversary on October 12, marking the history of the institution and its Spanish Renaissance-style collection and Andalusian Garden. Following this, the 35th edition of the Arteba art fair was scheduled to take took place from October 30 to November 1 at La Rural. Rural, spanning over 11,000 square meters. The fair anniversary event featured 69 galleries and works from over more than 400 national and international artists. Organizers aimed to strengthen the local market and facilitate the circulation of Argentine art through various components, including the Utopía section for independent projects and tributes to art masters. Notable participants included Banco Ciudad, which exhibited works from its historical collection dating back to the 1960s, featuring artists such as Luis Felipe Noé and Ernesto Deira. The fair also functioned as a platform for international connection: the foundation reported that over 12 international museums, including the Tate in London and the Guggenheim in New York, have acquired Argentine works through such programs.
