Various art exhibitions are being held across Greece, focusing on diverse themes such as historical retrospectives, photography, and maritime connections. In late July 2026, exhibitions on the islands of Andros, Paros, and Poros highlighted different artistic practices. These included a retrospective of sculptor Germaine Richier at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Andros, a photographic collection by Robert A. McCabe documenting Aegean island life from the 1950s to the 1970s on Paros, and contemporary solo shows by Afrodita Liti and Nikos Podias on Poros. Additionally, the ‘Mnemosyne’ curatorial concept on Amorgos connects three different locations through a series of interconnected exhibitions.
