Astra Motor continues to implement various initiatives in Indonesia focused on motorcycle maintenance and rider safety. In South Sumatra, the company launched the ‘Gebyar Kejutan AHASS’ program, running from July to November 2026, offering prizes for customers who complete scheduled service packages. Concurrently, in South Sulawesi, the company has emphasized vehicle inspections, advising riders to monitor engine oil, brake pads, and tire conditions. Expanding on safety efforts, Astra Motor Sulawesi Selatan conducted a safety riding education session on September 15, 2026, for approximately 40 employees of the Jordan Bakery factory in Gowa. This training included theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations on proper riding gear, posture, and maneuvering techniques. Additionally, the company provided safety training for over 90 employees of the FIFGroup Makassar branch, focusing on vehicle preparation and protective gear. Furthering technical and vocational efforts, Astra Motor Sulawesi Selatan conducted the fifth batch of Technical Training Level 2 (TTL 2) in the Palopo region to standardize mechanic skills across the Honda AHASS network. The company is also developing the Astra Motor School to prepare vocational high school students for the workforce through industry-integrated curricula. Safety education has also targeted younger demographics. Through the ‘Secangkir Kopi, Sejuta Mimpi’ campaign, PT Astra Honda Motor and PT Daya Adicipta Wisesa reached 4,603 students from 29 universities in September 2026. In Yogyakarta, Astra Motor Yogyakarta organized a bootcamp for the ‘Cari Aman Academy’ to train School Safety Riding Advisors, involving students and teachers from local vocational schools. Additionally, in West Lombok, the company established a ‘Safety Riding for Kids’ area at TK/PAUD Rinjani to teach basic traffic ethics to early childhood students through play-based methods. In addition to these programs, the Cari Aman Academy 2026 competition in Semarang allowed participants from various schools to demonstrate safety knowledge and skills, with several students and teachers from the MPM Honda Jatim regions receiving national recognition.
