Audi winter sports sponsorship extensions
Overview
Audi has expanded its long-term involvement in winter sports through several key partnerships. The company extended its collaboration with the German Ski Association (DSV) into its fifth decade, expanding its role as mobility partner to include Nordic and biathlon national teams starting in the 2026/27 season. This agreement includes the provision of approximately 50 new service vehicles, with roughly three-quarters being hybrid or electric models.
Simultaneously, Audi extended its role as the exclusive automotive partner of the International Ski Federation (FIS) through the end of the 2029/2030 season, covering the FIS Alpine Ski World Championships in 2027 and 2029. In Switzerland, the company maintains a 58-year partnership with Swiss-Ski, supporting athletes with an extensive vehicle fleet and launching the Q4 e-tron ‘Edition Swiss-Ski’ to fund the development of young skiers. Additionally, the Audi quattro Ski Cup is scheduled for March 2026 in Schladming.
