Automotive market updates in Poland

Automotive manufacturers Citroën and Toyota have introduced new vehicle models and pricing updates in the Polish market.

In mid-August 2026, Citroën released the C3 YOU model in Gdańsk, featuring a 1.2 Turbo engine and specific comfort technologies. Simultaneously, Toyota launched the 2027 model year C-HR, offering various hybrid engine options ranging from 1.8 to 2.0 liters, including a plug-in hybrid variant.

By late August 2026, Toyota implemented price reductions for its Yaris Cross model, which had recently undergone a facelift. Discounts of up to 6,200 PLN were applied to 2026 production models. The Yaris Cross has maintained high popularity in Poland, ranking fourth in new car registrations for the first seven months of 2026, with 8,299 units registered.

Additionally, Toyota introduced the GR Yaris Aero Performance to Polish showrooms. This high-performance variant is equipped with a 1.6-liter G16E-GTS engine producing 280 HP and 345 Nm, a six-speed manual transmission, and GR-FOUR all-wheel drive. The Aero Performance trim features aerodynamic upgrades, including a modified radiator shroud, a new engine cover with air outlets, a front spoiler, and an adjustable rear spoiler designed to improve high-speed stability.
