This initiative focuses on a 510km route connecting Kanagawa and Hyogo prefectures using Level 2 autonomous technology. The tests utilize specialized hubs to practice switching between unmanned highway driving and manned local driving, with the long-term goal of validating Level 4 autonomous driving to increase transport capacity.
