The Swiss television channel 3plus announced that the 2026 season of ‘Bachelorette Switzerland’ would premiere in late October. The season features Ariel, a 23-year-old mother from Basel who previously appeared on the German reality show ‘Ich bin ein Star – Holt mich hier raus!’. Initial reports noted Ariel’s direct approach, including the reported elimination of the first contestant on the first morning of filming. The eleventh season consists of eight episodes and features 21 single men, including notable participants such as Lionel, a promoter from Basel, and Bora, a rapper and former finalist of ‘The Voice Turkey Rap’. Ariel, who is the mother of a two-year-old daughter from a previous relationship with Giuliano Hediger, stated she is seeking a mature, authentic partner who is established in life. She expressed skepticism toward contestants seeking fame rather than genuine connection, noting her previous experiences involved men she deemed too immature. Other participants include Antonio, a 31-year-old butcher from Killwangen; Austrian brothers Daniel and Elias; and various professionals such as security expert Adrian and metalworker Arlind.
