The fourteenth edition of Bake Off Italia progressed through various themed competitions in September and October 2026. During the second episode, which featured a school theme, contestants participated in tasks involving school snacks, mathematical choux pastry pyramids, and regional ingredient cakes. Armando was eliminated during this episode, while Danila received the blue apron. In the fourth episode, which aired on September 25, 2026, the competition focused on manual dexterity. Hosted by Brenda Lodigiani and judged by Ernst Knam, Damiano Carrara, and Tommaso Foglia, the episode included a creative challenge where pairs created panettones using only one hand. A technical challenge overseen by Iginio Massari required preparing ‘zuppa inglese’ without electronic utensils, followed by a surprise challenge to craft two-tier canvas cakes. Luca earned the blue apron, while Omar was eliminated. The fifth episode, themed ‘Bake Off Royal’, resulted in the elimination of Isabella. Challenges included reimagining the ‘Torta Sissi’ and creating a multi-layered ‘Torta Perfezione’. In a technical challenge overseen by Massari, contestants prepared a Neapolitan pastiera featuring pink pepper English cream. Danila took first place in this round, followed by Vittoria, while Alice and Grazia finished at the bottom of the rankings. The sixth episode, aired on October 9, 2026, focused on the theme of ‘daily treats’. The episode included a creative task involving flaky brioches, a technical challenge led by Iginio Massari to create an ‘Exotic Cake’ using mango, passion fruit, coconut, and lime, and a surprise task to prepare a 150 cm long focaccia with three different fillings. Onofrio earned the blue apron, while Grazia was eliminated.
