Regional agricultural and food industry events are being organized across the Balkans to promote local production and traditional products. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the 53rd International Agriculture and Food Industry Fair, or ‘Sajam šljive’, is scheduled for August 13–15 in Gradačac. The event is expected to host approximately 150 exhibitors from countries including Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, ~~and~~ Slovenia, and Turkey, featuring agro-machinery, dairy, milling, and ~~beekeeping.~~ fruit and vegetable processing. An accompanying 9th International Beekeeping Fair will also take place, involving honey ~~analysis~~ analysis, awards, and ~~awards.~~ various scientific and professional meetings. In Montenegro, the Days of Local Agricultural Products will be held on August 13 in Grbalj. This event features 34 exhibitors showcasing honey, meat, dairy, olive oil, fruits, and vegetables to highlight rural potential and meet tourist demand for authentic culinary experiences. Additionally, the 64th AGRA international agricultural and food fair is scheduled in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia, from August 22 to 26. This large-scale event is expected to host nearly 1,700 exhibitors from 36 countries, with Algeria serving as the partner country. The exhibition will highlight modern agricultural machinery, digitalization in forestry and farming, and sustainable development, and is expected to attract nearly 100,000 visitors.
