Sports leagues across the Balkan and Central European regions continue to progress through various competitive stages. In football, recent results in the Premijer liga BiH include Velež securing a 1-0 victory over Sarajevo, with Mahir Rahimić scoring the winning goal. Borac m:tel also achieved a significant 1-0 win against Zrinjski in a major derby, while Široki Brijeg drew 1-1 with BSK. In the Serbian league, Rudar-Prijedor and Slavija Rudar played to a 2-2 draw.
