In late June 2026, the Brčko district of Bosnia‑Herzegovina reported a very active real‑estate market, with newly built apartments fetching 2,200 – 3,700 KM per square metre. By mid‑July 2026, similar premium‑price dynamics were evident in Zagreb, Croatia, where luxury complexes listed apartments at €5,500 – €9,000 per square metre, with some units reaching €10,000 per square metre. By the end of July, the Ban Centar tower recorded prices up to €13,000 per square metre. During this period, 1,618 new apartments were sold across Croatia, including 530 in Zagreb. By September 2026, broader regional trends emerged. In Serbia, the market value reached 4.2 billion euros in the first half of 2026, a 10.1 percent increase year-on-year. A transaction in Belgrade’s Stari Grad municipality saw an apartment sell for €2.6 million, at €12,000 per square metre.
