Banca Ifis merger and brand integration

Overview

Banca Ifis has received unconditional authorization from the Bank of Italy to merge with illimity Bank through absorption. The integration is expected to conclude by the end of the current fiscal year, with the bank anticipating €75 million in annual synergies starting in 2027 and the recognition of approximately €70 million in deferred tax assets.

This new brand will be featured in a renewed partnership with Lega Serie B for the 2026/27 season, where the Group will serve as the Official Bank Partner. The collaboration includes brand visibility across Serie BKT stadiums and financial services intended to support the sustainability of professional football clubs.
