Bancamiga baseball-themed debit card launch

Overview

Bancamiga has released a special edition Mastercard debit card inspired by the Leones del Caracas baseball team. The card features an exclusive design intended to honor Venezuelan baseball history and includes accessibility features such as a semi-round indentation to assist visually impaired users via the Mastercard Touch Card system.

To enhance security, sensitive holder data is located on the reverse side of the card to prevent cloning and visual theft. The card supports NFC contactless technology and is intended for international use in over 120 countries, covering ATM withdrawals and online purchases. Distribution is set to begin with team subscribers before becoming available to fans at the Monumental stadium through Bancamiga Mobile units.
