The Knight Riders' bowling attack was led by Shikha Pandey’s three wickets and Deandra Dottin’s two. In the men’s contest, the Knight Riders secured a 35-run victory. The win was driven by Nicholas Pooran’s 59 and a standout performance by Sunil Narine, who claimed four wickets for 12 runs. Narine, who earned Player of the Match honors for his first career CPL four-wicket haul, dismissed Quinton de Kock and Rivaldo Clarke early to help bowl out the Tridents for 112.
