Beast In Black single release

Overview

Finnish power metal band Beast In Black has released a new single and music video titled ‘Fear The Beast’, which serves as the title track for their upcoming album.

Songwriter and guitarist Anton Kabanen noted that the track is inspired by Ridley Scott’s 1979 film ‘Alien’ and the biomechanical art of Hans Ruedi Giger. The creative process for this art-inspired direction reportedly began in Turku, Finland, in early 2020. The music video, directed by Katri Ilona Koppanen, incorporates visual influences from both the original ‘Alien’ film and the sequel ‘Aliens’.

The release follows the band’s recent North American tour and precedes scheduled performances in several Asian cities, including Tokyo, Taipei, Shanghai, and Beijing.
