In July ~~2026~~ 2026, Senigallia hosted the eighth edition of BeatleSenigallia, a month‑long cultural program celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Beatles' ~~"Yellow Submarine".~~ “Yellow Submarine”. The festival featured concerts, theatre, art installations and civic road‑safety campaigns across multiple municipalities, with headline events such as a John Lennon monument unveiling, a staged ~~"Yellow Submarine"~~ “Yellow Submarine” production, and a ~~"Beatles~~ “Beatles in ~~Jazz"~~ Jazz” concert. A week later the city highlighted that BeatleSenigallia’s four‑day opening program had sold out, drawing large crowds to performances in Piazza Roma and at the John Lennon Monument. At the same time, the Summer Jamboree vintage market expanded its Rockin’ Village offering, extending the cultural calendar and underscoring Senigallia’s strategy to boost tourism through combined music and retro‑culture events. The 2026 festival, organized by Paolo Molinelli and supported by the municipality of Senigallia and the Marche region, included a diverse program of 25 events across 17 to 18 municipalities in the provinces of Ancona, Pesaro‑Urbino, and Rimini. Key highlights included the unveiling of a “BeatleBench”, the “Abbey Road on the Lawn” event, and an Italian‑beat showcase with Ricky Gianco. Mayor Massimo Olivetti noted the event’s growing importance as a major cultural and tourist attraction. By late August, the festival’s success extended from coastal areas to the inland villages of the Marche region. Performances in locations such as Ripe di Trecastelli and the historic village of Loretello aimed to connect seaside towns with the region's artistic and culinary heritage. The project's graphic identity was created by the late Giuliano De Minicis.
