Betrand Peto witness involvement in assault investigation

Betrand Peto was summoned to the Polda Metro Jaya police headquarters on September 21, 2026, to be questioned as a witness in an alleged assault case.

The investigation follows a report filed by Winda Hatami Aghdan, also known as Bebby Hatami, against an individual identified as DYP regarding an incident that reportedly occurred on September 14, 2026. Police spokesperson AKBP Onkoseno Grandiarso Sukahar confirmed that Peto is participating strictly as a witness to provide information. The examination was conducted at the Directorate of the Investigation of Women and Children Protection.

During the approximately 4.5-hour examination, investigators focused on Peto’s activities at the location where the incident took place. Accompanied by legal counsel, Peto stated that the legal processes have impacted his professional schedule, including filming activities. He expressed his intention to cooperate fully with the law, noting he views the situation as a “personal lesson.”

Peto is also facing a separate investigation regarding allegations of sexual violence reported by an individual identified as ANW. He has acknowledged these reports and stated he will follow the legal process to reach a resolution.
