Cube and Trek release 2027 bicycle product details
Overview
German manufacturer Cube has unveiled its 2027 product lineup, featuring updates across road, gravel, mountain, and e-bike categories, alongside an expansion into clothing and accessories. A primary highlight is the redesigned Litening Aero C:68X road bike, intended for the TotalEnergies Pro Cycling Team. This model features a C:68X carbon chassis that is 150 grams lighter than previous iterations, providing an aerodynamic saving of 6.2 watts and 34mm tire clearance. Other road and gravel updates include the Attain C:62 SLX with Shimano 105 Di2 and the Nuroad C:62 SLT equipped with SRAM Red AXS XPLR. A new technical standard for the range includes the use of Schwalbe Clik Valve valves on all new bicycles. Cube has further expanded its road offerings with the redesigned Agree C:62 for 2027. This model focuses on balancing aerodynamics, lightweight construction, and long-distance comfort. The updated C:62 carbon frame and fork are 150 grams lighter than the previous generation, a 7.5% reduction in weight. Technical improvements include aerodynamically shaped tube profiles and the new IC Aero Cockpit System which, when paired with an aerodynamic carbon seatpost, provides an estimated aerodynamic gain of 10.4 watts. The bike accommodates tire widths up to 36 mm and features fully internal cable routing. In the mountain bike segment, Cube is reintroducing the Fritzz as a high-performance enduro model, specifically the Fritzz C:62 Super TM, which utilizes a high-pivot kinematics system with 170mm of travel. The Stereo line has been refreshed as a trail all-rounder, while the Two15 downhill model features an aluminum frame with 200mm of travel. The Stereo Hybrid ONE44 HPC will debut the Avinox M2S motor system, delivering up to 150 Nm of torque in Boost mode. E-bike offerings also include the Editor Hybrid 360 utilizing Bosch technology.
