Temi Nkem wins Big Brother Naija Season 11

Overview

The eleventh season of Big Brother Naija, known as the ‘Show Ya Sef’ edition, concluded on October 4, 2026. Temi Nkem, a 21-year-old lifestyle content creator and accounting and finance student born and raised in London, emerged as the winner after a 70-day competition, securing 25.87 per cent of the total viewer votes. Her victory makes her the youngest winner in the franchise’s history and the fifth female winner to date.

Following a prize presentation in Lagos, Nkem officially received her grand prize package valued at ₦160 million. This package consists of a new Hyundai SUV and ₦90 million in cash; the cash portion was adjusted from an initial ₦100 million to accommodate the season’s ‘Most Influential Player of the Week’ fund. Nkem stated she intends to invest a significant portion of the winnings to ensure growth, while also planning to complete her university education, support her parents, and take personal holidays.

Aikou finished as the first runner-up with 23.68 per cent of the votes, while Sheba took second runner-up with 9.80 per cent. Bluethopia was identified as the third runner-up, following the earlier identification of Flora as the fifth runner-up.

The season, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, featured 24 contestants and was marked by several notable developments, including the ‘Gambit’ twist and a fake eviction involving Nkem, Ricky, and Tram. It was also the first season to feature two disqualifications—one involving violent conduct—and one voluntary exit simultaneously.
