Special programming dedicated includes tributes to the legacies of John Coltrane and Miles Davis. Specific scheduled performances include Fabrizio Bosso’s quartet performing material from their album ‘Routes’ on October 16. For October 15, the program features the Matteo Addabbo Organ Trio exploring soul jazz and funk, Davis, as well as a quintet led lecture by Serbian drummer Vladimir Kostadinović performing music from his 2025 album ‘Iris’. Roberto Franchini titled ‘Gramsci e il Jazz’ at the G. B. Martini Conservatory, which analyzes the social dimensions of jazz through the unpublished notes of Antonio Gramsci.
