The Bonito Municipal Government has initiated several administrative actions to support its public services. In early October 2026, the Municipal Secretariat of Education and Culture (SEMEC) opened two selection processes to hire staff for the 2027 school year. These processes target roles ranging from operational support and cooks to specialized professionals for special education and inclusion. Following this, the municipality authorized a bidding waiver to fund specialized technical training for two public servants. Under bidding exemption ‘Inexigibilidade de Licitação Nº 30/2026’, Mayor Josmail Rodrigues authorized an expenditure of R$ 3,800.00 to award a contract to Efficiencie Eventos Corporativos LTDA. The training, titled ‘SICX na Prática – Da Regulamentação à Compra’, is a 16-hour in-person course scheduled to be conducted by Efficiencie Eventos Corporativos LTDA take place in Campo Grande. Grande on October 15 and 16, 2026. The authorization was based on legal justifications and the federal law framework regarding intellectual technical services.
