Speculation regarding the relationship status of actor Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon emerged following an interview with Esquire. Pitt’s comment, “Just another day at the Pitts,” led to suggestions of a marriage or engagement, though he also referred to de Ramon as his “girlfriend of a few years.” The couple, who have been linked since late 2022, have made several high-profile public appearances, including at the US Open and the 74th San Sebastian International Film Festival. Most recently, the couple was spotted in Paris, where they attended a James Blake concert at Le Grand Rex. Observers noted the pair walking hand-in-hand through the city. Inés de Ramón, a jewelry executive, was noted for an autumn fashion style described as a ‘quiet luxury’ or ‘old money’ aesthetic, while Pitt opted for a more unconventional look featuring vibrant green and fuchsia tones. As the survival thriller ‘Heart of the Beast’ approaches its release, details regarding the production have emerged. Directed by David Ayer and produced by Paramount Pictures, the film is set in the Alaskan wilderness and follows James Belmont, a retired Army Special Forces veteran, and his military combat dog, Odin, after a plane crash. Pitt described the role as one of his most exhausting, involving sequences in glaciers, white water, and mountainsides. Director David Ayer noted that the production’s simplicity ‘exposes the filmmaking’ because there was ‘nowhere to hide’ regarding tone and performance. The narrative centers on the struggle to survive extreme temperatures and difficult terrain after a mid-flight heart attack causes their seaplane to crash into a lake. The film highlights the deep bond between Belmont and Odin as they attempt to trek back to civilization while navigating encounters with wolves, grizzly bears, and wild rivers. While the film is set in Alaska, much of the production took place in New Zealand. Following its presentation at the San Sebastian International Film Festival, ‘Heart of the Beast’ has received a strong early reception, earning an A- CinemaScore and high ratings on Rotten Tomatoes.
