Bravo TV programming expansions and Next Gen Atlanta

Overview

Bravo TV announced several programming expansions and renewals during Bravo Fan Fest in Charleston, South Carolina. The network greenlit ‘Next Gen Atlanta,’ a series focusing on rising personalities in a city influenced by hip-hop, sports, and entertainment. Other renewals include ‘Next Gen NYC’ for a third season, ‘Southern Hospitality’ for its fifth season, and a second season for the ‘Summer House’ spinoff ‘In The City.’ Additionally, the network plans to launch its first original scripted microdrama on the Peacock app on November 9.

Regarding the new ‘Next Gen Atlanta’ series, reports indicate that Bravo is in negotiations to include Reginae Carter and Riley Burruss. Carter, daughter of Lil Wayne and Toya Johnson, has previously appeared on ‘Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta,’ while Burruss is currently a cast member on ‘Next Gen NYC.’ While these individuals are being considered for lead roles, Bravo has not officially confirmed the cast.
