The July 30 snapshot reported the second stage of the 2026 Circuito Catarinense de Futevôlei in Brusque and the upcoming women's Superliga C final between Napoli/Prefeitura de Caçador and Copobras, highlighting regional efforts to promote volleyball and tourism. Two days later, the focus expanded to the national level. Coach José Roberto Guimarães announced extended training for Brazil’s women’s national team ahead of the South American Championship, a qualifier for the 2028 Olympics. At the same time, the club Vila Nova, reinforced with new sign‑ups, aimed to win its Central‑West regional stage and earn promotion to Superliga B for the 2026‑27 season. In early May, the Central‑West phase of Superliga C kicked off in Sorriso, Mato Grosso, and Brasília. Five women’s teams – Sorriso Hornets ASV/MT, Instituto ACE/GO, Associação Força Vôlei/MT, Minas Tênis Clube Brasília/DF and Nação Colorada/GO – contested the regional title, a berth in the national Super Final in São Paulo, and promotion for the two best clubs to Superliga B. The men’s side also debuted, with Instituto Ace traveling to Brasília to face Minas Brasília, underscoring the broader push to elevate clubs from Goiás, the Federal District, Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul.
