Later in July, a clarification of CLT provisions was published, explaining that employees may convert up to one‑third of their annual vacation (ten days) into cash, provided the request is made at least 15 days before the vacation period ends. The payout includes regular remuneration plus the statutory one‑third bonus. The same briefing also detailed the 2026 salary bonus (abono salarial) eligibility criteria, payment schedule, and withdrawal deadline.
