The relationship legal dispute between Bulgaria and the Turkish state-owned company BOTAŞ regarding natural gas contracts contract transparency has moved from negotiations over unused capacity to legal mandates for transparency. Following escalated following a deal for Bulgaria to stop paying for unused BOTAŞ gas capacity, the Sofia Administrative Court has ruling.
