Bushiroad has announced several multimedia expansions for its ‘Cardfight!! Vanguard’ franchise centered on the ‘Ghost Meets Gal!’ series.

On September 5, the new mini anime ‘Ghost Meets Gal!’ began broadcasting. Produced by Bushiroad and animated by AtoriE, the series follows the interactions between a shy ghost named Lubna and an honor student named Santi in the academic city of Lyrical Monasterio. The anime is scheduled for release on various streaming platforms, including U-NEXT, DMM TV, d Anime Store, and Prime Video.

Following the anime launch, Bushiroad announced the September 17 release of a special trading card game product titled ‘Butchigiri Start Deck: Ghost Meets Gal!’. This 55-card constructed deck is based on the ‘Ghost Meets Gal!’ manga and features the series' protagonists, along with upgraded cards and original manga characters. The product release includes various supplies such as sleeves, deck holders, and rubber mats.
