Capital University 2026-2027 admissions process

Capital University initiated its 2026-2027 academic cycle by announcing the opening of admission windows for various transfer programmes and the commencement of enrollment for university-city residential facilities. The housing application process included specific timelines for returning students and required medical and drug-screening tests.

As the admissions process progressed, the university transitioned to a fully electronic registration system. This procedure requires students to complete medical examinations, pass language and computer literacy skill tests, and submit applications via an online portal to secure seats and pay fees. Dr. Hossam Refai, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, noted that the electronic system allows students to track applications through a unified digital path.

Concurrently, students have been awaiting the results of the third phase of university coordination for the academic year, with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research expected to release results once all eligible students have completed their preference registrations.
