The Government of Chaco has implemented several administrative and financial initiatives. The provincial administration announced a disbursement schedule for various programs, including payments for Health Ministry experts, scholarships, and labor reconversion initiatives, to be processed through the Nuevo Banco del Chaco. Governor Leandro Zdero has expanded educational support through the ‘+Futuro’ initiative. Following its introduction in Sáenz Peña, Peña and General San Martín, the ‘+Futuro Premio al Mérito’ program was launched presented in General San Martín. The initiative provides secondary school students with financial incentives and training in strategic areas, including artificial intelligence, financial education, vocational guidance, and new technologies. Zdero stated that education is a “primary tool for transforming the province” and aims to support students’ life projects. He emphasized that the program helps youth prepare for a changing labor market, allowing them to make informed academic decisions rather than choosing careers based solely on local availability. The program seeks to align training with provincial productive demands, such as customs and trade, and requires students to meet attendance and training standards via a Ministry of Education platform. In a separate fiscal move, the government conducted its seventh auction of unused state assets in Resistencia. The auction of 39 vehicles, including ambulances and trucks, raised over 455 million pesos. According to General Secretary Julio Ferro, these proceeds are intended for community priorities such as health, education, and security. Additionally, the administration has highlighted ongoing infrastructure projects, including road improvements and hospital interventions.
