Wuyang-Honda has expanded its scooter lineup in China with the registration of the NWZ150. This model features an eW15 liquid-cooled, 150cc, 4-valve engine producing 11.4 kW and includes features such as ABS, TCS, and an electric adjustable windscreen. In the broader market, Wuyang-Honda’s NWT150 model has reached nearly 100,000 cumulative sales since its late 2025 launch. The 2026 iteration of the NWT150 includes an upgraded engine and a new three-chamber silencer system to reduce noise. This updated version also integrates advanced technologies such as millimeter-wave radar for blind-spot warnings, a 7-inch TFT display, and dual-channel ABS, while maintaining a price range of approximately 15,360 to 18,180 yuan. Further expanding its portfolio, the company introduced the NWF150, a retro-styled 150cc liquid-cooled scooter. Designed to combine classic aesthetics with modern features, the NWF150 includes dual LED headlights, traction control (TCS), heated handlebars, and heated seats. To compete with domestic Chinese brands, the model also incorporates a high-resolution dashcam and rear-cross traffic alerts via radar. Additionally, manufacturer TEYIN is entering the high-performance segment with a 450cc two-cylinder sport scooter powered by a 398cc Loncin engine, aiming to offer smoother performance than existing 350cc maxi-scooters.
