The event included featured cultural performances, a religious blessing blessing, speeches highlighting the province’s cultural and productive heritage, and a closing festival on Costanera avenue Avenue highlighted by the band La Konga, aimed at boosting local commerce. The same weekend the Estadio Único Madre de Ciudades hosted the Argentina Pumas rugby test against England, drawing large crowds and reinforcing Santiago del Estero’s emerging role as a regional cultural and tourism hub.
