Club Atlético hockey teams achieved significant success in recent regional and national competitions. In late August, the club’s teams swept all four matches during a visit to 25 de Mayo for the Asociación del Centro Clausura Tournament. Victories were recorded across multiple age groups, including the Sub 14, Sub 16, Sub 19, and First Division categories. Following these performances, players from Club Atlético 9 de Julio contributed to the Asociación de Hockey del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires’ third-place finish in the Argentine ‘D’ Sub-16 female national championship in Chaco. Five club players were noted for their roles in the tournament, which included a 5-1 victory in the third-place match against the Tresarroyense Association. In September, Isabella Fernandez Rivas, a player from Club Atlético 9 de Julio, contributed to the Buenos Aires U13 female basketball selection winning the Argentine Championship organized by the Confederación Argentina de Básquetbol after defeating Córdoba 62-46 in the final.
