Major technology companies have introduced new monitor models targeting professional productivity and gaming performance. Philips released two curved QHD monitors, the 27E3C2500 and the 32E3C2500, featuring VA panels with a 1500R curvature and 144 Hz refresh rates. These models include technologies such as Adaptive-Sync, HDR10, and SoftBlue for blue light reduction. Dell expanded its lineup with 31.5-inch 4K monitors offering 120Hz refresh rates. The Dell 32 Plus (S3225QS) utilizes a VA panel with high color coverage for office and casual gaming use, while the U3226QER model features an IPS Black panel with Thunderbolt 4 connectivity. Recent announcements show a shift toward higher refresh rates and specialized panel technologies. Philips introduced the Evnia 36M4C5500P, a 36-inch ultrawide gaming monitor with a 1500R curved Fast-VA panel offering a 240 Hz refresh rate, overclockable to 260 Hz. Philips claims this is the “world’s first 36-inch gaming monitor in its size class to feature a 260 Hz refresh rate.” The device features a UWQHD resolution (3440 x 1440) and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. Its initial market launch is expected exclusively in the APAC region. Titan Army has expanded its offerings with the P2710S PLUS, a 27-inch 2K monitor using a Fast IPS panel with a 240 Hz refresh rate (overclockable to 275 Hz), and the G2783S, a 26.5-inch QD-OLED monitor with a 240 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, TCL is entering the high-refresh market with the 25P2A Pro, a Mini-LED monitor capable of a 360 Hz refresh rate at QHD resolution, supported by its subsidiary CSOT.
