New wireless audio products have been introduced by several manufacturers, focusing on specialized features such as artificial intelligence and ergonomic design. Initially, Huawei released the FreeClip 2 S, an open-ear headphone model featuring a jewelry-inspired charging case. Concurrently, Soundcore launched the Liberty 5 Pro Max, which incorporates AI for voice recording and transcription and includes a charging case with a built-in AMOLED screen. Following these releases, Soundcore introduced the Sport X20 ANC, which features an integrated AI live translator supporting over 100 languages and high water resistance. Additionally, Fender released the Mix wireless over-ear headphones, which include a USB wireless transmitter for lossless audio transmission and support for Auracast. At IFA 2026, Anker Soundcore unveiled nine new products centered on its proprietary THUS-AI chip, a compute-in-memory silicon designed to improve processing speed and efficiency for audio tasks. The flagship Soundcore Space 2 Pro wireless headphones utilize an eight-sensor matrix for adaptive noise cancellation and real-time voice separation, featuring a 30-hour battery life with ANC enabled and a $200 price point for a September 22 release. Other late September releases include the Liberty Buds 2 ($130) and the AeroClip 2 series. The AeroClip 2 Pro leverages the THUS-AI chip to function as a personal transcriber for summarizing or transcribing meetings, while the standard AeroClip 2 supports LDAC and Bluetooth 6.0. Anker is also expanding into the over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid market with a THUS-AI powered product expected later this year. Furthermore, the company expanded its sleep-aid portfolio with the Sleep Earbuds 4 and 4 Pro, designed to monitor biological data like heart rate and mask snoring, alongside the brand’s first dedicated sleep speakers.
