The footage led to online speculation regarding the nature of the confrontation. Content creator Nazma Shaikh later issued a clarification, denying that Yadav was being shooed away from the event. Shaikh stated that Yadav was a close associate of Mushtaq Khan and had attended both the burial and the prayer meet.
