In August 2026, several corporations and investment firms engaged in share buybacks and equity position disclosures. Initial reports on August 5 included Neuberger Private Equity Partners Limited (NBPE) purchasing and cancelling 40,970 Class A shares, and InterContinental Hotels Group PLC repurchasing 15,138 ordinary shares. On August 27, filings highlighted significant holdings in Prologis, Inc., with The Vanguard Group, Inc. reporting a 13.51 percent interest and Dimensional Fund Advisors Ltd. reporting a 1.27 percent interest, both noting interests related to SEGRO plc. New regulatory filings as of August 28 revealed that The Vanguard Group, Inc. held a 5.13 percent interest in Picton Property Income Limited and a 5.00 percent stake in Beazley plc.
