CORTIS North American tour and global broadcast
Overview
South Korean rookie boy band CORTIS, signed to BIGHIT MUSIC, expanded its global reach through a series of large-scale concert events in mid-2026.
In late July, it was announced that the group’s August 13 concert at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles would be broadcast live to approximately 870 movie theaters across 29 countries and regions. This theatrical event, organized by Trafalgar Releasing, included a special pre-show package for cinema audiences.
By mid-August, CORTIS completed its first North American tour, titled ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’, which featured sold-out performances in Toronto, New York, Atlanta, Irving, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Despite an injury to member Keonho during the Los Angeles stop, the group finished the tour. The period was marked by significant commercial success, including the group becoming the fastest K-pop act to reach 15 million Instagram followers and seeing their second EP, ‘GREEN GREEN’, rise 75 places to number 39 on the Billboard 200.
